These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Cardiology at Doorsteps Foundation ("CAD Foundation", "we", "us" or "our") website and donation services. By using this website or submitting a donation, you agree to these terms.
2. About the foundation
CAD Foundation is a charitable organisation working to improve access to cardiac screening and related healthcare support. Website information is general information and does not replace professional medical advice.
3. Donations
Donations are voluntary contributions intended to support the foundation's charitable activities. You confirm that submitted information is accurate and that you are authorised to use the selected payment method. After a payment is captured and verified, we may issue an electronic acknowledgement or receipt.
4. Razorpay payments
Online donations are processed through Razorpay and its supported payment partners. Razorpay, your bank, card issuer, UPI provider or other payment partner may apply its own terms, privacy notices, limits and verification requirements.
CAD Foundation does not receive or store your complete card number, CVV or banking password. We may receive transaction details such as payment ID, order ID, amount, status and payment method to verify the donation and issue a receipt. A payment is successful only after gateway verification.
Razorpay may decline, delay, reverse or restrict a transaction under its policies or applicable law. We will reasonably assist with payment-status enquiries.
5. Refunds and failed payments
If a payment fails, is cancelled, duplicated or debited without a confirmed donation, contact us with the payment ID and transaction details. We will investigate and coordinate with the payment provider where appropriate. Any refund is subject to transaction verification, applicable law, provider rules and our donation records.
6. Website use
You must not misuse this website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, upload malicious code or use the website in breach of applicable law.
7. Content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, website text, logos, photographs, graphics and other content belong to CAD Foundation or its licensors. You must not reproduce, alter or commercially exploit our content without written permission.
8. Disclaimers and liability
We try to keep the website accurate and available, but do not guarantee that every page will always be complete, current, uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, CAD Foundation will not be liable for indirect loss arising from use of the website or third-party payment services.

We may update these terms when our services, payment arrangements or legal obligations change. These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts with jurisdiction in Karnataka, India will have jurisdiction, subject to applicable law.
